Gilbert H. Klemann is the founder and Managing Partner of GHK Capital Partners. Prior to founding GHK, Mr. Klemann spent seventeen years at Goldman Sachs where he led the private equity investing efforts across General and Diversified Industrials for the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. He currently serves as Chairman of the boards of Rogers Building Solutions, Horizon Group, WSB Engineering, JohnsByrne, Auveco, and ITS Logistics. He also serves as a Trustee for Brunswick School in Greenwich, CT. Mr. Klemann received his AB in Economics from Princeton University and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Benjamin K. Stolbach joined GHK Capital Partners as a Partner in 2020. Prior to GHK, Mr. Stolbach spent three years at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division where he invested in control private equity transactions across Industrials and Services. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Stolbach spent five years at Insight Equity, a lower middle market industrials-focused private equity firm, where he led the New York office. Prior to Insight Equity, Mr. Stolbach was an Associate with AEA Investors, a New York-based middle market private equity firm. Mr. Stolbach began his career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse in the Global Industrial & Services division. He currently serves on the boards of Horizon Group, WSB Engineering, JohnsByrne, Auveco, and ITS Logistics. Mr. Stolbach received his BS (Business Administration) and BA (History) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead Scholar and he received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Elena Sherman, CPA joined GHK Capital Partners as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer in 2019 and she became a Partner in 2023. She has over 20 years of experience in this role and most recently was a Partner and the COO/CFO of Sutton Square Management, a long short hedge fund where Ms. Sherman led all non-investment activities for the firm. Previously, Ms. Sherman spent 12 years as CFO of Discovery Capital Management, a leading global macro alternative asset manager with over $16 billion AUM, where she served as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Valuation Committee and led all financial aspects for the firm and its hedge funds and private equity funds. Earlier in her career, Ms. Sherman worked at Goldman Sachs and served as an auditor for Arthur Andersen. Ms. Sherman is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BA and MBA from Pace University and a degree in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute.
Keith R. Adcock joined GHK Capital Partners in 2021. Prior to GHK, Mr. Adcock spent seven years at Goldman Sachs, most recently in the Merchant Banking Division, where he invested in and managed control private equity transactions across Industrials, Natural Resources and Infrastructure. Prior to that, Mr. Adcock began his career in the Investment Banking Division as a part of the firm's Natural Resources team. Mr. Adcock serves on the board of WSB Engineering. Mr. Adcock received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary.
John A. Luke joined GHK Capital Partners in 2020. Mr. Luke spent four years at Goldman Sachs, initially in the Investment Banking Division and, most recently, in the Merchant Banking Division, where he invested in and managed control private equity transactions across Industrials and Consumer Retail. Mr. Luke serves on the boards of Auveco and JohnsByrne. Mr. Luke received his AB in Economics from Middlebury College.
Lucas M. Viola joined GHK Capital Partners in 2019. Mr. Viola spent four years at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division, where he invested in control private equity transactions across diversified industrials and natural resources. Mr. Viola serves on the boards of ITS Logistics and Horizon Group. He received his SB in Management with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College.
John A. Dudzik joined GHK Capital Partners in 2022. Prior to GHK, Mr. Dudzik spent five years at Littlejohn & Co., where he invested in and managed control private equity transactions across the industrials and business services sectors. Prior to Littlejohn & Co., Mr. Dudzik spent two years at Garrison Investment Group, where he executed and managed private corporate credit investments across a variety of industries. Mr. Dudzik received his BA in Economic History from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude and captained the men's varsity squash team.
Taylor A. Peck joined GHK Capital Partners in 2021. Most recently, Mr. Peck spent two years at Freeman Spogli & Co., where he invested in control private equity transactions across the Consumer, Retail, and Distribution sectors. Prior to Freeman Spogli, Mr. Peck spent four years at Citigroup in the Global Industrials Group in the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Peck serves on the board of Auveco and Horizon Group. Mr. Peck received his AB in Politics from Princeton University.
Joseph P. Brogan joined GHK Capital Partners in 2021. Most recently, Mr. Brogan spent two years at Macquarie Capital, where he advised on a range of M&A and financing transactions as a part of the Industrials Investment Banking Group. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Brogan was a teacher of Social Studies and Religion in Edinburg, TX. Mr. Brogan received his BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, his MA in Education from the University of Notre Dame, and his MSc in Finance from Trinity College Dublin.
Luke D. Morrison joined GHK Capital Partners in 2023. Prior to GHK, Mr. Morrison spent five years at True North Capital Advisors, where he advised on a number of M&A transactions in the industrial sector. Prior to True North, Mr. Morrison worked at Bank of America in the Global Industrials Group within the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Morrison received his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Nick V. O'Brien joined GHK Capital Partners in 2023. Most recently, Mr. O'Brien worked at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised on several M&A transactions in the Business Services Group within the Investment Banking Division. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. O'Brien worked as an investment banking analyst at HSBC in the Global Chemicals Group. Mr. O'Brien received his BSBA in Finance and Management from Georgetown University.
Charlie M. Shefrin joined GHK Capital Partners in 2024. Prior to GHK, Mr. Shefrin worked at Goldman Sachs in the Global Banking & Markets Division (formally Investment Banking Division), where he most recently sat in the Structured Equity Group. Mr. Shefrin received his BA from Bucknell University, where he studied Economics and International Relations.

Gurinder Bhangu joined GHK Capital Partners as Controller in 2021. Gurinder has over a decade of professional experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining GHK, Ms. Bhangu was Assistant Controller at Discovery Capital Management, a global macro alternative asset manager where she spent nine years managing reporting of the firm's private equity and hedge fund portfolios. Previously, Ms. Bhangu served four years as an Operations Specialist supporting the accounting and operations function at Endeavour Capital Advisors, a long/short equities fund. Gurinder began her career at Citigroup Alternative Investment Services, a global provider of administrative services where she spent two years as Senior Fund Accountant in the funds of funds team. Ms. Bhangu received her BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.
Ilya Nagdimov joined GHK Capital Partners as Assistant Controller in 2024. Prior to joining GHK, Mr. Nagdimov was Associate at Blackstone, where he spent nearly three years within Blackstone Credit and Hedge Fund Solutions (BAAM) supporting both Accounting and Reporting. Previously, Mr. Nagdimov served as a Fund Accountant at Z Capital Group, a private equity firm. Ilya began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent two years as an Auditor within the wealth and asset management practice. Mr. Nagdimov is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BBA and MBA from Pace University.
Catherine Totero joined GHK Capital Partners as Executive Assistant and Office Manager in 2026. Most recently, she worked at Jadian Capital, where she served as Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO. Prior to that, she was Executive Assistant to several investment partners at Altas Partners. Before joining Altas, Ms. Totero worked at Viking Global Investors as Executive Assistant to the CFO. Earlier in her career, she worked at OrbiMed Advisors as Executive Assistant to the Co-Head of Private Equity. Ms. Totero received a BA in Communications from Denison University.
Connie Thoman joined GHK Capital Partners as an Executive Assistant in 2020. Most recently, Ms. Thoman spent four years in a dual role as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at SkyWorks Holdings, an asset management and leasing firm within the aviation industry. Prior to SkyWorks, Ms. Thoman spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs where she assisted Managing Directors in the Investment Banking and Finance divisions. Ms. Thoman holds a BA in Marketing and Management from The College of Westchester.
